THE LADY OF SHALOTT BY MAX SNOW

Treats! just received the most beautiful gift in the mail from our favorite store, Colette – the book for Max Snow’s exhibition entitled The Lady of Shalott, currently showing at the Parisian boutique.  Inspired by and named after Alfred Tennyson’s poem of the same name, the show notes state that both the poem and Snow’s exhibit “serve to raise questions about society and the artist’s role…responding to the conflicting commands to create art inspired by the world and also to live in it.” It’s a haunting, stark white experience starring models like Arizona Muse, Rebecca Dayan, and Snow’s wife, Vanessa Traina, and if you’re in Paris you should definitely to Colette and experience it for yourself.
