18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Exemption

All photography published by Treats! consists exclusively of fine art, fashion, and editorial imagery. While some works may include nudity, no images depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2256. Accordingly, the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply.

Nevertheless, Treats! maintains on file valid identification and signed releases confirming that every individual portrayed was eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of production.
